HOW DOES THE 50% OFF SPACE RENT WORK?
On your monthly invoice the Base Rent refers to your space rent. This is the amount where your discount is applied and begins when you take ownership of the home and continues for 3months afterward. The discount does not apply to your gas, sewer, storm drain, trash, etc. which are also itemized on your statements.
